Sure. In his speech about withdrawing from the Paris Accord, he blatantly lied about many aspects of the climate crisis, again saying falsehoods that perpetuate the myth that global warming isn't real/caused by humans. He is appealing to his base, which is composed of people who won't/can't understand a scientific consensus.

Of course this accord would hurt the coal industry in the USA -- that's the point. USA is so dependent on coal, even though its emissions are hurting its own population. if Trump ACTUALLY cared about his country, he would be making a switch to fuel-efficient and green solutions, like wind and solar power, still maintaining jobs.

When he announced he was withdrawing from Paris, he said he would work towards a solution independently--a blatant lie.

Trump's only mission is to get re-elected. That's it.

This article misses some MASSIVE points. Europeans aren't arrogant and full of ourselves. That's just pejorative. Trump is racist. Misogynistic. Trans/homophobic. He has done NOTHING to heal racial divides. He completely let down his country when stopping COVID-19. he treats everyone with disrespect, including world leaders. of course other countries don't follow his leadership--he doesn't have any. Most European countries were able to slow the virus in two months. USA is still riding the first wave.
